This policy covers shipping and delivery by Kichwa Connect Limited: shop items we deliver or send to you, and devices you send to us for repair and that we send back. Nothing in it takes away any right you have under Kenyan law, including consumer protection law. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy cover the rest.
Shop items
We deliver shop items within Nairobi. Anywhere else in Kenya, we send them by courier. You can also always collect from the shop on Catherine Ndereba Road, Nairobi. Stock changes, so message us to check that an item is available before you order.
Repairs
You can bring your device to the shop, and collect it from the shop when it is ready. If you are outside Nairobi, you can send your device to us by courier, and we will send it back to you the same way.
Please contact us before you send anything, so that we can confirm where to send it and open a repair ticket. Back up what you can first, and take out any memory or SIM cards you don't need to send. The repair itself, the free diagnosis and the quote work as described in our Terms of Service.
Shipping and delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on where you are. We tell you the charge before you confirm your order, and you are not charged for delivery you have not agreed to.
Payment
You can pay before we send your order, or when it is delivered. Tell us which you prefer when you order, and we will confirm it back to you.
When it arrives
Please check your order when you receive it. If a shop item is faulty, or a repaired device does not work as it should, contact us. Our Refund Policy explains what happens next, including the time limits for faulty items and for repairs.

How long delivery takes depends on where you are and how the order is sent. Ask us when you order and we will tell you.
Your details
To deliver, we need your name, phone number and delivery address, and we share them with the courier or delivery person who carries your order, so that they can reach you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
